SEAMO
Announces Plans For 2003 Concept Vehicle Awards
Atlanta, Apr. 25 /PRNewswire/ The South East Automotive
Media Organization (SEAMO) today announced plans for the
2003 North American Concept Vehicle of the Year Award program.
Once again, the winners of the awards will be honored at
a luncheon held on Press Day at the Atlanta International
Auto Show on March 12, 2003. The judging process for the
2003 awards will commence with a multi-line sneak-preview
of the season's concepts held at the Miami International
Auto Show on November 7-8, 2002.
A jury of professional
automotive journalists will review concept vehicles in the
car, truck/SUV and specialty segments to select a winner
for each segment, and from those three winners, select the
"Most Significant Concept Vehicle of 2003." To
qualify as a nominee for the awards, a concept vehicle must
have made its North American debut during the 2003 Auto
Show season, and not be announced or intended as a production
model before the awards are announced.
Founded in 2001,
SEAMO represents and supports a wide range of automotive
media professionals based in, or doing business in, the
Southeastern United States. Membership is open to all segments
of the press, as well as public relations and media support
personnel. In addition to the annual Concept Vehicle Awards,

networking events throughout the year.
